I have always considered myself a real papered pup...that was until I learned that some dogs have their own houses.

Sure, I pretty much have run of the house I live in. I just plop down for a nap anywhere I want. Ok, that is if no one else is already there. If they are then I just sit and stare or lay on them until they move.

What if I had my own house where no humans were aloud?
I wouldn't want just any old dog house, I want a luxury mansion.
So, I went dog house shopping and found some really nice ones pictured at 10 Amazing Dog House Designs For The Over-Pampered Pup. Oh yip, these are what I'm barking about!

I went and got mom because I would need her credit card to buy one. That didn't go far. She took one look at the price and said NO! Can you believe that? WTB? I am a good dog and deserve a house of my own.

I decided that I would need a loan so, I ask her to check into it. She just laughed. She said that humans can't even get banks to loan them $30,000 and she was sure that not even a loan shark would put out that kind of cash for a dog house. Her only suggestion was for me to sell more stuffed dogs and cut down on my treat and chewy spending. I don't mind selling more but, the rationing of treats is not gonna happen!

Well, my dreams are trashed. Looks like I am just going to have to work a little harder if I want one of those doggie mansions. And until I get one...watch out humans! I am gonna be sharin your bed, couch, and favorite chair. Maybe if you get tired of me shovin ya outta your spot, you'll pony up some cash for my Doggy Dream House!
